To enter the program first choose a level below or in the "Choose a level" menu in the navigation bar on the left.

Then in the menu choose a unit. There are 6 or 12 units in each level and they are, more or less, in order of difficulty.

Every unit has 4 to 8 activities. and the menu page for the unit contains links to instructions (at the top) for the different activities.
